TRANSFER TALK: Chelsea Ready To Listen To Offers For 26Y/O Centre-Back

Kurt Zouma is surprisingly one of eight London giants men that “could” be sold this summer. France international is one of the Chelsea-owned players that may be exiting Stamford Bridge at the end of the campaign.

It is explained that they may not give Zouma enough minutes to keep him happy, plus offloading him this summer before he enters the final two years of his deal would be a sensible financial decision. The report states that Chelsea are plotting the signing of another defender, which is casting further doubt over Kurt.

Additionally, Kepa Arrizabalaga, Emerson Palmieri, Davide Zappacosta, Victor Moses, Kenedy, Michy Batshuayi and Tiemoue Bakayoko are the other figures Blues may get rid of before next campaign. The 26-year-old centre-back has been a crucial figure for Chelsea this campaign, scoring four goals in 28 matches across all tournaments.

The French centre-back’s a powerful defender that is dominant in the air and an all-action player, which he’s shown countless times for Chelsea during the past. But the appointment of Tuchel has seen him fall out of the starting XI.

He’s no longer a regular at the London club, but did play in some important matches before the international break, and showed his qualities. Tuchel will need to work out who he wants to keep around if he’s going to persist with the back three, and needs to have a long think about Kurt, who’s shown he can make the difference in the PL.

In addition, Antonio Rudiger faces an uncertain future at the London club as well, with his current deal having a little over a year left to run out, while he has also been linked with Juventus.
