Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka is rumoured to be keen on a summer return to the Bundesliga.
Xhaka joined the Gunners back in 2016 from Borussia Monchengladbach for £35m and has made 211 competitive appearances for his side.
Granit’s time at the Emirates Stadium outfit has been eventful, to say the least, with some lows and some highs.
The lows include his public fall-out with his own fans in October 2019 and his red card versus Burnley, while highs include two FA Cup victories.

He remains very much in manager Mikel Arteta’s plans at present, with 36 matches in all competitions including 24 top-flight starts.
However, Sky Germany thinks the 28-year-old star could soon be looking to move away, suggesting he is interested in returning to Germany.
Xhaka was close to making a move to Hertha Berlin just over a year ago and the report adds the capital club could be back in for the Switzerland star.

Granit is a player the Spanish tactician has previously described as “phenomenal”, and he’ll certainly not want his midfield enforcer to leave.
However, if the midfielder himself wants to move, then the London heavyweights may as well try to cash in on their player.
With just over two years left on his current deal, their hand would be fairly strong in talks.
