AFCON 2023: SUPER EAGLES Refuses To Fly, Lost Gallantly To Cote D’Ivoire

THE Super Eagles of Nigeria refuses to fly on Sunday night in the AFCON Finals in Cote D’Ivoire. They lost 1-2 to the host country, Cote D’Ivoire.

 

The first goal was scored in the 38th minutes for Super Eagles by the Captain of the team, William Ekong. Cote D’Ivoire equalised in the 56th minutes, goal scored by Frank Kessie in the 62nd minutes of the game.

 

The second and final goal was scored by the Sebastien Haller for Cote D’Ivoire in the 61st minutes.

Cote D’Ivoire is the new African Champion.
