Thief Gets ELECTROCUTED While Trying To Stael Cables

A cable thief lost his life in Delta while trying to steal cables from a transformer.
According to the report, he was electrocuted while trying to steal cables in the night. The incident happened in Ogharefe, Oghara, Delta.
