“Please could I request your assistance as a matter of urgency.
I have been contacted by a Metropolitan Police colleague who is dealing with the death of a Nigerian national in London. The male was found deceased in his address on 27th May after the ambulance service were called to the location. The cause of death is unknown at this stage but there is no evidence of crime and no injuries on the body.”
“Unfortunately we have no details of any family members or next of kin in the UK and therefore we have been unable to notify anyone of his death which is now a matter of urgency for the coroner.”
“The deceased gentleman’s details are:
Ebenezer Olatunji OLABAMIWO, 16/06/1950, 67b PLUMSTEAD HIGH STREET, SE18
Apart from a UK driving licence no other documentation was found in his premises therefore we do not have passport details or any other personal details.”
