NOLLYWOOD ACTRESS, Debbie Shokoya reflects on her pregnancy loss as she shares testimony

Yoruba Nollywood actress, Deborah Shokoya otherwise known as Debbie is reflecting on her painful pregnancy loss.

The movie star made it clear that she wasn’t making a pity video, rather she was sharing her testimony as she noted how many pregnant women died with their child in their womb, and some died after giving birth.

Debbie stated that though it didn’t go as she planned, it went as God planned and she is super grateful. She added that she knows pains and bruises but she is stronger than them all.

Debbie used the opportunity to announce the coming of her new movie, which celebrates her strength as a woman and an actress.

 She revealed that she shot the movie with her baby bump because she has always looked forward to shooting a movie while pregnant and she did, even though she lost the baby.

The newly married expressed gratitude to her husband, whom she called her better half

 “A Big Thank You To My Darling, Amazing, Supportive Better Half My Husband Adetola

In August, Debbie Shokoya in an emotional video on her Instagram page, tearfully recounted how she lost her pregnancy at 8 months.

According to her, everyone knew she was pregnant and she had even traveled out expecting to return with her child, but unfortunately, things happened and she had a miscarriage.

Begging for people to not bash her, she noted how she sacrificed and went through a lot for her unborn child, only for her to lose the pregnancy.

In tears, she stated that it hadn’t been easy for her as she bonded with her child so well before the loss.
