Breaking his silence, veteran Nollywood Director Kunle Afolayan discusses how the Nigerian Oscars Committee rejected his film Anikulapo.
During brief conversation, he mentioned that he and his crew worked hard to make sure he followed all of the requirements set forth by the Oscars to be nominated, including making sure the movie was in theaters.
There are 15 people on the Committee, and eight of them voted that my video does not qualify even if others thought it did.

Famous Nollywood filmmaker Kunle Afolayan recently cried out to complain that his popular movie Anikulapo was rejected by the Oscars despite it satisfying all of the criteria provided for it.
