This person in the picture/video who claims to be a NEPA Official dressed in NEPA regalia and all claiming to be one of them, that his colleagues were somewhere working that they are coming to join him, so my husband then asked him if you say you are a NEPA staff, then do your job.
That’s the Meter he said no that he wants to come through my living room, my hubby said how can you?
You don’t have right to come into my living room because you want to check Meter that’s the Meter do your job. To be precise where is your larder?

How can you be going to farm without cutlass, while he was insisting he is coming through my living room, we started suspecting, that was how we raised alarm, with the help of my husband and the security men on duty. This so called NEPA man have cutlass and hammers not one but three in his bag after he was apprehended.
Guys, please let’s be vigilant…this idiots are back on the streets again.
