FIFA sets aside $440m for the prize payouts for 2022 World Cup, winning country to get $42m (SEE OTHERS)

The 2022 FIFA World Cup have set aside $440 million as payouts for all the categories of qualified participating countries.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

According to the release available to TerryANews, the payouts are as follows:

 

 

 

 

 

1) Teams finishing 32nd through 17 will go home with $9 million.

2)  While teams who finished Round 16 are guaranteed $13 million apiece

3)  Teams finishing 5th through 8 will receive $17 million each

4) Fourth Place will earn $25 million

5)  Third Place with take $27 million

6) Runner Up will take $30 million

7) World Cup winner will be awarded a whopping $42 million.
