Chelsea are set to sign Gabriel Slonina from Chicago Fire.

 Talented goalkeeper born in 2004, Slonina was close to Real Madrid and he’s now set to sign for Chelsea.

 Full agreement in place between Chelsea and Chicago Fire for $15m fee, add-ons included.

Slonina and his agent will fly to London today in order to complete the deal, undergo medical tests and sign long-term contract.

 Slonina will be loaned back to Chicago Fire until January 1 as he will finish the season in MLS, then he will join CFC.
