The Leader of the Celestial Church of Christ (CCC) International Headquarters, Ketu, Olatosho Oshoffa, has expressed his disapproval of the invitation extended to Pasuma, a Fuji singer, and Portable, a street-hop artist, to perform at one of the church branches’ praise night.
A flyer promoting the event featuring Pasuma and Portable went viral on social media, causing a stir among users who criticized the church’s choice of artists.
In response to the online backlash, Oshoffa took to Facebook and stated that he had spoken to the pastor in charge of the parish involved. He assured followers that the contested artists would no longer be part of the occasion.
