Super Eagles of Nigeria proved its dominance in the AFCON 2022 against Sudan on Saturday with their first goal in the third minutes of the first half.
The number 17 Jersey, Chukwueze scored his first goal to put the Super Eagle ahead with one goal.
Eagles almost got their second goal in the 35th minutes through goal scramble in the Sudanese territory. Another opportunity was lost in the 41st minutes with the ball played off target.
The Super Eagles registered their second goal when Taiwo Awoniyi with Jersey 19 went passed the goalkeeper into the corner of the net.

The Sudanese fought back but their efforts could not earn them any reward.
Barely five seconds into the second half Moses Simon scored the third fantastic goal from the right wing of the goalpost.
The Sudanese secured a penalty in the 70th minute when Olu Aina pulled down a Sudanese player in the box, he was subsequently given a Yellow Card.
The Sudanese made no mistake in scoring the spot kick as their number one goal.
