Nollywood actress and filmmaker, Mary Remmy Njoku is quite ecstatic after being recognized by prestigious American magazine, Forbes.

Forbes released it’s yearly list of 50 most influential women in Africa.

The list compromises of women from different sector and industry. From the world of business, to media, health, politics and more.

Gracing the magazine this year are Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Chimamanda Adichie, Mo Abudu, Chioma Ude, Bolanle Austen Peters, Mary Remmy Njoku and more.

Mary Njoku, who couldn’t believe she made it to the prestigious magazine, took to her Instagram page to express gratitude to her husband.

An excited Mary noted how she was only a Mile2 born Nnsukka girl before becoming a power figure.
