The heat was on the Super Eagles as the Ghanian players put pressures on their defense but were unable to secure any goal.
There was no doubt that Ghana failed to convert many opportunities they had into goals.
The only chance the Super Eagles who were on the defensive almost throughout the game had came in the 76th minute when a Ghanian forward allegedly touched the ball in the 18th box but the penalty was overruled by the Central Referee.
The Ghanians were disappointed that their team could not seize home advantage opportunity in the First leg to defeat the Super Eagle who played defensive game waiting for the advantage of the second leg coming up in Nigeria next week.
